Lammat terms of service (V2)
Effective date: 9 November 2026
Part A. Terms for organizers
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Core Hub For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design (كور هاب لتصميم نظم الحاسب الآلي وأجهزة الإتصال), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trade licence 1662573, issued in Dubai (Lammat, we, us). They apply when you create a Lammat account or use Lammat to run a gathering.
You accept these terms when you tick the box that says you accept them and create your account. An agreement made electronically is as valid as one on paper under UAE law. If you use Lammat for a company or group, you confirm you may accept the terms on its behalf.
Our privacy notice (https://lammat.ae/privacy) explains how we handle personal data. Read it with these terms.
2. Words we use
- Account: your Lammat sign-in.
- Space: your organizer home in Lammat, where your gatherings, team and settings live.
- Owner: the one person in charge of a Space. Only the Owner manages the team, connections and membership.
- Admin: a person the Owner invites to help run the Space's gatherings.
- Organizer: an Owner or Admin.
- Gathering: an event you create in Lammat.
- Guest: a person you invite to a gathering. Guests do not need an account.
- Membership: what you pay for in section 10. One membership covers up to 3 Spaces you own.
3. Who can use Lammat
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under UAE law.
- You must give a real email address that you control. One email address can hold only one account.
- You must not be someone we have already closed for breaking these terms.
4. Your account and its security
- You must confirm your email address before you can sign in.
- Your password must be at least 8 characters, and not one of the very common passwords that Lammat refuses. Keep it secret and do not use it on other websites. You can also sign in with Google.
- You are responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has used it, reset your password, use "sign out everywhere", and tell us at support@lammat.ae.
- For your security, Lammat asks you to sign in again before organizer work if you signed in more than 12 hours ago, or have not done any organizer work for 4 hours.
5. Spaces and your team
- Each Space has exactly one Owner. The Owner can hand ownership to an Admin of the same Space.
- The Owner can invite Admins with a link that works once and expires after 7 days. Anyone who opens the link while signed in can use it, so share it only with the person you mean to invite.
- The Owner is responsible for who is on the team and for removing people who should no longer have access. Removal takes effect at once.
- Lammat keeps a record of who joined, left or was removed from a Space, and when.
- If an Owner loses access to a Space, we may move ownership to someone who proves a right to it. We check the request first, tell the current Owner and every active Admin, and wait 72 hours before we act.
- You can ask us to delete your account or a Space at any time. We remove or replace the details that identify you, and when you close your account we do this within 30 days. Financial records stay for the periods set out in section 10 of the privacy notice.
6. Your responsibilities for guests and content
You decide whom to invite, what to share and what to charge. So you are responsible for:
- Having the right to invite your guests and to use their details for your gathering.
- Telling your guests that the gathering uses Lammat, and where to read Lammat's privacy notice.
- Using guests' details only for the gathering. You will see each guest's name, mobile number, number of companions, check-in time, bill and payment status. Do not use them for anything else, such as marketing, and do not share them outside your team.
- Keeping your PIN, code and links private. Anyone who has a gathering's code or link and its PIN can check in.
- The payment status board. If you turn it on, your guests can see each other's names and one of four statuses: settled, marked received by the organizer, pending or unpaid. They never see amounts. The check-in message does not mention the board, and checking in is not agreement to it. The board is described in Lammat's privacy notice, and its legal basis is an open point for the lawyer. Turn it on only if your guests would expect it.
- Your content. You must own, or have permission to use, the text, pictures and files you add (titles, messages, meals, locations, cover pictures, menus). They must not be unlawful or harmful.
- Photos. Guests can upload photos to your gathering. UAE law protects people's privacy, and sharing a person's photo without consent can be a crime. Tell your guests before the gathering that photos may be shared in Lammat. Remove any photo that should not be there, and if someone asks for a photo of them to be removed, remove it promptly. You can remove a photo or hide all of a gathering's photos.
- Guests' questions and requests about their data for your gathering: answer them, or pass them to us at support@lammat.ae.
- The law. Using Lammat for a gathering does not change the rules that apply to you, including licences or permits for the gathering itself and, if you charge a price, the rules for selling to your guests (section 9).
- Safety at your gathering. Your gathering is yours. Lammat does not organise, run, supervise or insure gatherings, and does not check venues, routes, vehicles, guides, weather or guests' health or fitness. If your gathering involves physical activity or risk (for example hiking, desert or safari trips, water or motor activities), you are responsible for planning it safely, holding the licences, permits and insurance the law requires, briefing your guests, and following the authorities' rules and warnings.
7. Guest data: our role and yours
For the details of your guests (names, mobile numbers, companions, check-ins, bills, payments and who uploaded which photo), you decide why they are collected and Lammat processes them for you. When we do that, we:
- use them only to run Lammat for your gatherings, following your instructions given in the app and in these terms;
- keep them secure, as the privacy notice describes;
- use only the helper companies the privacy notice lists, and expect them to protect the data;
- help you answer guests' requests about their data;
- tell you as soon as we learn that your guests' details were exposed, so you can tell your guests;
- keep a record of the processing we do for you, and give you what you need to show that the processing follows the law;
- delete or anonymise them when you ask, when your Space ends, or when the periods in the privacy notice end, except financial records we must keep.
For our own purposes (your account, security, analytics, billing and legal duties) we are responsible ourselves, as the privacy notice explains.
8. Acceptable use
You may use Lammat for gatherings of friends, family, a community or a business. You may share a gathering's costs with your guests, or charge them a price for your own gathering (section 9).
Do not use Lammat to:
- break the law, or help someone else break it;
- sell or charge for anything the law does not allow, such as illegal goods or services, gambling, betting or lotteries, or an activity that needs a licence or permit you do not hold;
- collect money for anything other than your own gathering, for example to sell other people's tickets, goods or services, to raise funds or collect donations, or to receive money for someone else;
- harass, threaten or deceive anyone, including about a gathering, its price or what it includes, or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexual or against UAE public morals;
- upload content you do not have the rights to, or photos of people who have not agreed to being shared;
- try to get into accounts, Spaces or gatherings that are not yours, or test Lammat's security without our written permission;
- overload, scrape, copy or reverse-engineer Lammat, or get around its limits;
- send spam or share links in a way that invites abuse.
To report a photo, file or gathering, write to support@lammat.ae. Anyone shown in a photo can ask us to remove it. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell the organizer when we do. If a UAE authority orders a photo or other content removed, we remove it or block access to it within the time the order sets.
9. Payments between you and your guests
- Lammat is software, not a payment service. Lammat is not a bank, payment service provider, payment aggregator, wallet or money-transfer service, and it is not licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE. Lammat never receives, holds, pools or sends anyone's money, and never sees card details. It is not a party to payments between you and your guests and does not act as Ziina's agent. Guests pay you directly, either through Ziina, a separate company that states it is licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE, on Ziina's own page, or through a payment link you choose to share. Ziina's own terms apply between you and Ziina, and Ziina decides whether to approve and keep your account.
- If you charge a price, you are the seller. When you charge your guests a price for your gathering, the sale is between you and your guests. Lammat is only the software you use: it is not a party to the sale, does not sell anything to your guests and does not act for you or for them. You are responsible for your price, for what you promise, for any refund, for any tax, and for the licences, permits and consumer-law duties that apply to you.
- Your Ziina account. Each Space connects its own Ziina account. You may use the same Ziina account for more than one of your own Spaces, but never in someone else's Space. Lammat asks Ziina only for permission to read basic account details and to create payment requests. It does not ask to move money out of your account. If you run gatherings as a business, connect a Ziina Professional or Business account: Ziina does not allow personal accounts to be used for business payments. If your Ziina account already sends payment updates to your own system (a webhook), that system will also receive updates for the payments your guests make through Lammat.
- Your own payment link. If you share a payment link instead of using Ziina, you choose that payment service, and the money goes from your guest to you outside Lammat. Lammat only shows your link to your guests. It does not process, check or guarantee the link or the payment. A payment made through your link shows as "Marked received by the organizer" only when you confirm it, never as paid. You alone are responsible for the link and for any payment made through it. If you neither connect Ziina nor share a payment link, Lammat shows your guests no way to pay.
- Bills. Lammat works out what each guest owes from the costs, prices and settings you enter, including any fees. You are responsible for the amounts you ask guests to pay. Use the preview to check the bills before you generate them. Lammat's bills and records are working records for a gathering. They are not tax invoices, accounting advice or legal advice.
- Payment status. Lammat marks a bill paid only when Ziina confirms the payment. A guest returning to Lammat after paying does not, on its own, mark anything paid.
- Refunds and disputes are between you and your guests, and go through Ziina or the payment service you chose. Lammat can record a refund you make, but it does not send money back.
- Financial records cannot be edited or deleted. Corrections are added as new records, so each gathering's history stays accurate. We keep them for the periods the privacy notice states (5 years after the end of the year of the gathering).
10. Your membership and prices
- Price. A membership costs AED 9.99 a month or AED 99.99 a year, and covers up to 3 Spaces you own. The Pricing page always shows the current price and number of Spaces. To add 3 more Spaces, add another membership at the same price. Spaces where you are only an Admin do not count.
- Launch offer: 6 months free, no card needed. If you create your first Space on or before 31 January 2027 (Dubai time), your membership is free for 6 months from that moment: up to 3 Spaces and everything a paid membership includes. You do not need a card or any payment method to start. After the 6 months the price is the normal membership, AED 9.99 a month or AED 99.99 a year; you choose monthly or yearly when you add a card, and nothing is charged before your 6 months end. If you add a card during your free months, you get an email between 3 and 7 days before the first charge, with the amount, the date and how to cancel. If you cancel before that date, you pay nothing. If you have not added a card when your free months end, your Spaces are paused: everything that already exists keeps working (your gatherings, your guests' pages, their bills, payments and photos, and your history), but you cannot create new gatherings or publish one for the first time until you add a card, which restores everything at once. The offer is one per person, applies from your first Space only, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may end the offer early or extend it for people who have not yet created a Space. We show the current last day on the Pricing page. Anyone who has already started keeps their full 6 months.
- Card payments for memberships open later. When Lammat launches, memberships cannot yet be paid by card, and you do not need a card during your free months. We will tell you by email and in the app when card payments open, before your free months end. Until you add a card you pay nothing, and the parts of this section about paying, renewal, cancelling, refunds and failed payments do not apply to you.
- Trying Lammat without the offer. You can create a Space and prepare gatherings before you subscribe, up to a limit on unpaid Spaces. To publish a gathering to guests you need a membership.
- Membership codes. Lammat may give a partner a membership code. Redeeming it gives you one membership (up to 3 Spaces) with no payment, for as long as Lammat offers memberships. A code can be redeemed only until the date Lammat set for it, is for one person, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money; you can hold one lifetime membership at a time. We may end a code's membership with 30 days' notice, or at once if it was obtained or used unfairly; your Spaces then follow the same rule as a lapsed membership.
- How you pay. Once card payments open, memberships are paid through Stripe, on Stripe's own page. Lammat never sees your card details. Prices are in UAE dirhams and are the full price you pay. We are not registered for VAT in the UAE, so we do not charge VAT and our receipts are not tax invoices. If we have to register for VAT, the prices we show will include VAT, as UAE law requires. If that changes what you pay, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.
- Renewal. A membership renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. Before each renewal of a yearly membership we email you at least 7 days ahead, with the price and how to cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your Space's billing page, which opens Stripe's billing page, or directly with Stripe by signing in there with your email. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and your Spaces keep working until then. Lowering the number of memberships also takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds. If you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We refund you, in full or for the unused part, whenever UAE law gives you that right, for example if Lammat was not provided as described or did not work for a significant part of your period because of a fault on our side. We always refund a charge made by mistake, such as a double charge. Write to support@lammat.ae and we will answer within 14 days.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again on its usual schedule. For 14 days after the failure everything keeps working. After that, or if the membership ends, you cannot create new gatherings or publish for the first time. Everything that already exists keeps working: published gatherings, guests paying you, photos and history. We never delete your gatherings, photos or history because a membership lapsed, and subscribing again restores everything at once.
- Fewer memberships than Spaces. If your memberships cover fewer Spaces than you own, you choose which Spaces stay active. Until you choose, the most recently created Spaces over the limit are paused. A paused Space follows the same rule as a lapsed membership.
- Price changes. If we change the price, the new price applies from your next renewal after at least 30 days' notice, and you can cancel before it.
- Receipts. You get a receipt for each payment, in Arabic and English, showing our trade name, our licence number, the service, the period and the price in dirhams.
11. Your guests' photo storage (Google Drive)
- Photos your guests upload are stored in your own Google Drive, which the Space's Owner connects. They stay yours, under your agreement with Google. The cover and meal pictures and the menu and activities files you add are stored by Lammat.
- Lammat asks only for limited access: on Google Drive, the files Lammat creates.
- You are responsible for your storage: keeping it active, having enough space and keeping your own copies. If you delete or move a file in your storage, guests can no longer see it in Lammat.
- Guests never get access to your storage. They see photos only through Lammat.
- If you disconnect your storage, Lammat stops using it and deletes its access key. Lammat never deletes your files.
- You can skip connecting storage. The guest photo album is then off until you connect it; everything else, including menus and activities files, works.
12. Availability, changes, suspension and ending
- Availability. We work to keep Lammat running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a company we rely on (such as Ziina, Google, Stripe or Cloudflare) has a problem.
- Changes to Lammat. We may update Lammat to develop or improve it, or because of something outside our control. If a change takes away something important that you pay for, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and you can cancel and get back the unused part of what you have paid.
- You can stop using Lammat at any time. To close your account, email support@lammat.ae. Cancel your membership first if you do not want to be charged again.
- We may limit, pause or suspend a Space or account if it breaks these terms or the law, puts people or Lammat at risk, or if a court or authority requires it. We will tell the Owner why and give a chance to fix the problem where it is safe and lawful. Even then, organizers can open their gatherings and history and correct financial records, and guests who paid still see that they paid. If we close your account for a reason that is not your breach of these terms or the law, we refund the unused part of what you have paid.
- What stays after an account or Space ends: financial records, for the periods the privacy notice states; and your photos and files, which are in your own storage.
13. Ownership
- Your content stays yours. You allow Lammat to store, copy and show it, only to run Lammat for you and your guests, and for as long as it is on Lammat.
- Lammat's app, name and design belong to Core Hub For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design. You may use them only as these terms allow.
14. Our responsibility to you
- Lammat is a tool. We take care to run it well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
- Lammat does not organise, run, supervise or insure your gathering, and it is not a party to anything you sell or promise to your guests (sections 6 and 9).
- Lammat does not check who your guests are, whether your costs or prices are right, whether a guest has paid you through your own payment link or outside Lammat, or what your guests upload.
- Ziina, Stripe, Google, the payment service behind any payment link you share, and our other providers are separate companies. Their terms apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their services. We will help you where we can.
- As far as UAE law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit, a cancelled gathering or a guest's complaint. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and AED 100.
- None of this limits liability that UAE law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury we cause, for harm caused by our own wrongful act, and for fraud or gross fault, and it does not take away any right you have as a consumer under UAE law.
- If a third party, including a guest, makes a claim against us because of your gathering, anything you sold or promised to your guests, content you added, how you used guests' details, or your breach of these terms, you will cover our reasonable costs and any amount a court orders us to pay, to the extent you caused the claim. We will tell you promptly and let you help respond.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, where they apply, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. If we cannot settle a dispute by email within 30 days, the courts of Dubai decide it. This does not take away your right, as a consumer, to complain to the Ministry of Economy or to Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism, or any other right the law gives you.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If the change makes things worse for you in a way that matters and you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect, and we refund the unused part of what you have paid. If you keep using Lammat after the change takes effect, the new terms apply.
17. Language
These terms are available in Arabic and English, and you can read both before you accept them. If the two differ, the Arabic version prevails.
18. General
- These terms and the privacy notice are the whole agreement between you and us about Lammat.
- If a part is not valid, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- You may not hand these terms to someone else without our written agreement. We may hand them to a business that takes over Lammat, and will tell you.
- We are not responsible for a failure caused by something outside our control, such as an outage of a company we rely on.
- We send notices to your account email or show them in the app. You can write to us at the address below.

Part B. For guests
You do not need a Lammat account to join a gathering.
- The organizer runs the gathering. The organizer invites you, sets any costs or price, and decides where the photos are stored. Lammat provides the app. The organizer, not Lammat, is responsible for the gathering, including its safety. Follow the organizer's instructions and any warnings from the authorities.
- Who can check in. You must be 18 or older to check yourself in. If you are younger, a parent or guardian should check in for you.
- What you enter, and what you agree to. To check in you use the gathering's code or link and its PIN, then give your name, your mobile number and how many people came with you. The organizer sees these. Give only your own details. Before you check in, you tick a box next to one message: "I share my name and mobile with the organizer. See the privacy notice." You cannot check in without the tick. Lammat records when you ticked it and which version of the privacy notice was in force. You can take back your agreement at any time (privacy notice, section 5).
- Your device remembers you. After you check in, your device stays checked in to that gathering for up to 180 days. You also get a recovery link to open your guest page on another device. Keep the recovery link private: anyone who has it can open your guest page.
- Cancelling. You can cancel your check-in until the gathering starts, and before the organizer has made the bills. The organizer is told, and the cancellation is recorded.
- Payments. If the organizer asks you to pay, you pay the organizer directly, not Lammat: through Ziina, on Ziina's own page, or through a payment link the organizer shares, on that service's own page. Lammat never holds your money and never sees your card details. If the organizer charges a price, you are buying from the organizer, and Lammat is not part of that sale. Questions about amounts or refunds go to the organizer.
- Photos. Photos you upload are shown to the other guests of the gathering, with your name, and are stored in the organizer's Google Drive. Upload only photos that you took or may share, and only if everyone in them is happy for the photo to be shared with this gathering's guests. UAE law protects people's privacy, and sharing a person's photo without consent can be a crime. Anyone shown in a photo can ask us to remove it.
- Payment status board. If the organizer turns it on, guests can see each other's names and one of four statuses: settled, marked received by the organizer, pending or unpaid. Never amounts. The board is described in the privacy notice; the check-in message does not mention it, and checking in is not agreement to it.
- Be respectful. Do not upload anything unlawful, harmful or hurtful, and do not try to reach gatherings you were not invited to.
- Your data. Lammat's privacy notice (https://lammat.ae/privacy) explains what we collect and your rights. You can remove a gathering from your own device at any time, once any payment in progress has finished.
This Part B applies when you use Lammat to join a gathering.
Questions: ask the organizer, or email support@lammat.ae.
